Did we mention that ALL of our Los Angeles workout sessions are OUTDOORS? We run the Santa Monica Steps and along gorgeous ocean-view bluffs. We do crunches looking up at towering palms or out at the crashing surf. We don’t just change your relationship to your body, we give you a new way to experience this incredible community.
