Morning Body Inspired Camp (6 weeks):
These co-ed morning classes taught by Angela herself will inspire you to work past your comfort zone and see RESULTS!
Angela explains, “I create a unique 6-week program that will kick your butt but also inspire you to realize how strong you already are. Being apart of my boot camp is just like training privately with me – I know your injuries, goals, strengths and weaknesses. I push you and I do not let you get away with anything. I am fully committed to your success.”
Evening, Ladies-Only Body Inspired Camp (6 weeks):
“Ladies, we’ll focus on the areas we all want to work a little more ” tummy, thighs and tri’s. Join our trouble-spot expert, Holly Clapham and really shape, trim and tone those tricky spots.
She means it too! Holly WILL lift your booty, flatten your abs, and tone even the most stubborn triceps!
Mother/Daughter Fitness:
We’re proud to offer this unique opportunity for moms and daughters to work out and have fun together. Strengthen bodies and relationships. Tackle fitness goals and image issues. Inspire yourselves and each other. Tap that girl power!
