I have attended both the regular workout sessions (core cardio class) and boot camp. I needed to take up two jobs and was having a very hard time finding the time and motivation to work-out. Joining Angela’s Boot Camp was exactly what I needed because it worked with my schedule, gave me a community to be accountable to, and was a WAY better workout than I ever gave myself. Angela worked with me to challenge my fitness and give me pointers on eating right. Plus she made it fun! By the end of the 6 weeks I had lost 5 lbs, inches off my waist and thighs and was visibly more toned.
