Meet Sean Conley

Motivated, high energy, committed, compassionate and driven – together describe perfectly Santa Monica native, Sean Conley, whose passion for spinning is evidenced in each of his classes. Sean has dedicated the better part of the past decade to making others look and feel good by discovering their inner strength. With his positive attitude and unflappable spirit, Sean is a valuable asset to the spinning and physical fitness community at large. Sean’s lifelong love of music is apparent in his customized playlists with carefully selected beats designed to push you to your peak. As one of his clients puts its, “Sean takes you out of the classroom – not only does he create a vision for an amazing ride, but he let’s you tap into your inner-thoughts and the workout becomes more than just a sweat session.” Outside of class, Sean dedicates a great deal of his time to charitable causes close to his heart. Each year, Sean rides with his team from San Francisco to Los Angeles in support of the Arthritis Foundation. Sean is also involved with two other charities for which he will ride to raise money later this year. Most recently, Sean has focused his energy towards helping to motivate kids by inspiring them to discover their inner spin. One note of caution – be sure never to judge this book by its cover! Though Sean’s blanket of colorful tattoos may give him a hard-edge look, his approachable and sympathetic personality is anything but hard. Sean is always quick to take the time to assist new spin riders with their setup while at the same time encouraging veteran riders to correct bad habits and improve their performance. In Sean’s spin class, everyone enjoys the climb up and the ride back down.
