Hey everybody thanks for checking out my page! I am so excited that summer is here! With longer days and warmer weather it gives you so many extra opportunities to get moving! So throw on some sneakers, slather on that sunscreen, and come workout with Body Inspired Fitness.

Boot Camp
Mondays 6-7am, 8-9am, and 8:30-9:30am
Wednesdays 6-7am, 8:30-9:30am
Fridays 6-7am
I created this 6-week fitness experience to hold you accountable to really give yourself that push you need to shape your body and change your life! Boot camp is 3 days a week for 6 weeks and we limit how many participants we have, which gives you TONS of personal attention.
Power Hour
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
My goal with Power Hour is to offer advanced students a challenge - it's really for someone looking to push their fitness to the next level and see what they're made of, I wanted to give them an opportunity to really experience a different kind of workout outdoors, my kind of workout.
Saturday Beach Workout
Saturdays 8:30-10am

A little bit about me...
Angela Parker's interest in fitness is rooted in a love of dance. Her studies in movement led to a unique mind/body awareness that laid the foundation for her approach to exercise. In 2003, Angela, certified by both the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association and the American College for Sports Medicine, founded Body Inspired Fitness, a personal training company dedicated to spreading her love of movement and exercise.
Starting with a unique concept, Angela set out to help improve the quality of children's fitness. For years, she has worked with kids in almost every capacity imaginable and she put that experience to good use, forging relationships that were individual to each child she worked with, and using that relationship to tap into what kids enjoy, enjoyment she then used to really motivate them to keep working hard. Because Angela believes that healthy habits must start with the parents, she expanded Body Inspired Fitness to include the whole family, and she's never looked back.
Angela has recruited an all-star team of dynamic and talented trainers. The Body Inspired Fitness team has a passion for health and fitness, and a desire to help others embrace a healthy lifestyle, both emotionally and physically. Coming from different backgrounds, and with different specialties, our trainers work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, finding unique ways to make fitness fun and exciting. With this fantastic team in place, Body Inspired Fitness, called a “Family Fitness Phenomenon” by Palisades 90272 Magazine in their March 2006 issue, has continued to grow, and now offers men, women, and children of all ages and fitness levels both amazing personal training programs and the hugely popular Palisades and Santa Monica Boot Camps. Angela's "No sergeants, no whistles, no yelling" approach to Boot Camp quickly attracted a loyal following. With Angela's enthusiastic attitude and invigorating workouts, her clients discover a healthy, active lifestyle with endless possibilities and results.
Over the past seven years, Angela has grown Body Inspired Fitness to be a truly unique, one-stop-shopping fitness resource for the entire family: "At Body Inspired Fitness, we've got something for everyone, from kids and teens, to moms who have just given birth or are even still pregnant, to senior citizens, to athletes, to couch potatoes. We love working with everyone at every level!" Angela looks forward to a bright future filled with serving the community, growing Body Inspired Fitness, and reaching as many people as she can to spread her message that anything is possible!
