Cable Core Pulls. Be a fitness rebel!
I experimented with some sweet KILLER lower ab workouts while in Arizona visiting my Dad! I’m not the biggest fan of the gym, but when on vacation the gym is reliable and I know I can get in a sweating workout before all of my family festivities. For this workout, you will need a cable with handles and something super strong to loop it around. When I’m outside I use a tree or sturdy bench.
Start in a low plank position with the cable handles around your ankles.
Keep your core tight as hell and draw one knee towards your chest. Hold. Then return back to plank.
The rock out the other side.
That’s JUST 1 move! Want a challenge? Now, this time draw your knee towards your armpit. Yikes! Hard!
And I’ll do it again for you! It’s just so damn pretty!
Look how focused I am. I’m in my zone.
Want more? You go it!
Go into a high plank position.
Then draw your knee into your nose or forehead. Come on, you go can farther than you think! Really pull as much as you can if you want that tight tummy.
And of course, always do the other side.
