Body Inspired Fitness started with families! Angela was one of the first fitness trainers in Los Angeles who created kid-centered and family-based fitness programs. Angelaʼs unique approach and ability to connect with even the toughest kids is what made her program so successful. Westside Today magazine called Angela a “Family Fitness Phenomenon” when she graced their cover in 2005. Sheʼs been developing unique programs for kids and families for over eight years.

Holly Clapham joined Body Inspired Fitness in 2006 and has always believed there is a better way to encourage kids towards a healthier lifestyle. Holly, best known for her Body Inspired Fitness Ladies Only bootcamp, has also worked with girls and teens helping them get healthy and fit and realize that being beautiful is about being strong!

Together in 2011, Angela and Holly co-wrote the Mother/Daughter Fitness Program “90-Days to a Stronger Body & Deeper Connection with your Daughter”. A 90-day, easy to follow, effective & FUN fitness program that will allow you to connect with your daughter (ages 7-18) in a whole new way! Inspire your daughter to LOVE her body by learning to love yours.

Holly’s Mother/Daughter Fitness Sessions
Each session will feature a 60-minute workout start to finish designed for moms and daughters to get more fitness into their lives.  Each session will include cardio, strength training, & stretching, all delivered in a creative way guaranteed to make the hour enjoyable.  The workout will make your body stronger, give you more energy and be fun! Holly brings everything you need, all you need is yourselves and a great attitude!

Holly’s sessions are a great way for moms looking to incorporate more fitness into their and their daughter’s lives but don’t quite know how to get started.

Summer Special #1- $90 for an hour
Summer Special #2 -Monday, Tuesday, or Thursdays at Clover Park at either 2:30, 3:00 or 3:30pm for ONLY $75.
