For me it’s all about moderation & hydration.
I eat LOTS of green veggies, green smoothies, fresh fruit, nuts, olive oil, fish, chicken, and a tremendous amount of oatmeal. I drink TONS of water and green tea!
But I also eat chocolate, and I do not deny myself. I learned a very long time ago that diets are for suckers, and being hungry is very 1994. Instead I listen to what my body is asking for and I show myself love by making great food choices that are healthy and tasty.
And when I listen to what my body is asking for, I actually can hear it say “Gluten-Free Cookie Dough Please!”, and that’s just what I eat. And let me tell you, I savor every bite!
My mission is to inspire you to start listening to what your body is asking for, and be OK with giving it to yourself. I want to show you how easy it can be to eat healthy and fall in love with food again.
