And like every other woman on the planet I’ve tried every diet, every program, every fad food, every fake bar, every drink, every shake, every everything, to find peace with food and my body.
I now eat whatever I want. I don’t agonize over my weight. I love my body. I love my meals. I love my journey!

How do I look at food? For me food is uncomplicated, intuitive, & fun. I encourage you to consider looking at food from this point of view. I promise! It IS possible!

So here’s the low down on how to EAT LIKE ME! Are you ready? Cuz it’s REALLY freaking simple!
- No more than 2 servings of starchy carbs a day, before 3pm.
- A fruit or veggie at every meal, but no more than 2 servings of fruit a day.
- A serving of protein at every meal (even if it is tiny)
- Three servings of good fat a day. Keep animal fat low so that you can get fats from olive oil, nuts, & avocado.
- No more than 2 servings of nuts a day
- Add in a green veggie smoothie/juice everyday
- Drink eight glasses of water a day

Food log. Let’s face it. When it comes to food accountability is key! If you struggle with your diet… It’s time to write down what you are eating and discover (Yup! That word again!) what’s going wrong with your choices. In a pretty notebook write down – what you eat the most of, when do you eat, where do you eat it, how do you feel after you eat it. Look at what you wrote and discover what can you do to make better choices. What is the one food you can’t do without. Why? What does it bring up for you?
