BODY INSPIRED FITNESS FEMALE INSPIRED TRAINING (BIF: F.I.T.):
The BIF: F.I.T. Program was created as a powerfully supportive environment for women to not only work out, feel stronger and healthier, but to actualize the invincibility that women have. We are warriors who run the world (and we don’t want our arms shaking while we do it).
The BIF: F.I.T. Series is specially designed for the female body. In 7 weeks you will get to your fit self in just 60 minutes, 3 times./week. F.I.T classes are small enough that you get individualized attention. We work with your specific goals to hold you accountable whether you’re an athlete, brand new to working out or anything in between.
All you’ll need for these workouts is a set of hand weights, a mat and some water.
