I am a creative, optimistic, f*** excuses, diversity embracing, problem solver. My fitness education and experience are not simply a vessel to train, but to educate clients on what exactly their mind and bodies are going through during the training process. I never train two people exactly the same. Your mind, body, energy, fitness goals, needs, and personality are your own – It’s my honor and life’s work to understand what makes you unique and build progress through connecting with you!

 

SEVEN WEEK SUCCESS PROGRAMS:
Unlike traditional gyms, Body Inspired Fitness: Santa Monica has created programs that build consistency, improve your eating, increase your endurance, build strength, and ACTUALLY achieve success with your mind, body, and spirit.

These are progressive, 60 minute, co-ed programs for elite fitness warriors, intermediate athletes, and true beginners who may be injury free or have limitations. The variety and fitness leveled options will have you tasting and seeing success in just 60 minutes, 3 times/week. These classes are taught by Owner/Master Trainer, Jared Rodriguez.

These are classes of 15 or less, where you’ll need a yoga mat or towel, hand weights, and water.

ELITE 8:

This elite, semi private, small group class is meant for you to get extra attention with a private trainer feel, while sparring your bank account. This 10AM-11AM M/W/F class will have you so connected and confident that you’ll not only love fitness again, but you’ll love your body even more.
