This program provides a safe, encouraging and FUN environment for girls to learn how to exercise, become fit, eat healthy, meet new friends, increase body awareness and build self confidence. Participants learn many forms of fitness; yoga, Pilates, strength training, aerobics, circuit training, and more! Not just for athletes – this class is for dreamers, dancers, bookworms, creatives, and social butterflies. PLUS every week we introduce tools to encourage girls to stay positive, love their bodies and maintain a healthy self image no matter what! Must be heart-healthy and cleared for exercise.

Two days a week: Monday & Wednesday (No class Wed, July 12)
Class meets in Palisades Park at the intersection of Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!! All abilities, shapes, sizes, and skill levels WELCOME!
All 10 classes – $215 (only $21.50/workout)
5 class package – $125 ($25/workout)
Beach towel or mat, water, sunscreen. We provide the rest.
This exercise class was created just for girls who want to move their bodies in a fun way! Participants will enjoy a variety of fitness activities that feel more like play than work. Girls work at their own levels and are invited to try new things in every class.
Holly Clapham has been training kids + teens privately for years. She wanted to create a fun, approachable, & affordable way for more youth in our community to have access to a fitness program that is rooted in the Body Inspired Fitness philosophy.
