These evening classes are taught by our trouble spot & mat Pilates expert Holly Clapham. During your 7-week session you will increase your cardio endurance, get stronger, tone your hips and thighs, sculpt your arms, flatten your belly, and lift your tush. santa monica ladies only workout classHolly is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through The National Sports Trainers Association.  She is also mat Pilates certified through the esteemed Pilates Method Alliance.  She has been teaching with Body Inspired Fitness for over 7 years and in that time has created her signature ladies only evening boot camp workouts, co-authored (with Angela) the Mother/Daughter workout program “90-Days to a Stronger Body & Deeper Connecting with your Daughter,” became mat Pilates certified, and has worked with nearly 800 clients including kids and teens.
