Unlike traditional gyms and classes, we have created 7-week programs that build consistency, improve your eating, develop your endurance, build strength, increase flexibility and ACTUALLY achieve success with your mind, body and spirit.
Our Body Inspired programs are created and instructed by our team of three dedicated, certified, and highly experienced fitness instructors who take the time to get to know you. They understand your body’s needs, work with your injuries & limitations, help you set fitness goals, and keep you accountable. THIS is why every workout feels like a private personal training session – regardless of your fitness level. You won’t find that in a gym.
7-Week Success Program – A progressive training co-ed program that will have you seeing success in just 60 minutes 3 times/week . Taught by Jared Rodriguez, our Fitness Director
Female Inspired Training – Our Ladies Only program that is specially designed for the female body. Get to your fit self in 60 minutes 3 times/week with Female Inspired Training taught by Holly Clapham, Ladies-Only Programs + Safety
Corrective Clinic – Our 7-week pain relieving, imbalance correcting, flexibility/mobility improving program designed by, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sara Adler. This class is ultimately designed to not only keep you uninjured but improve the quality of your workouts due to improved joint health and blood flow. Through strategies such as Trigger Point Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, and Power Band Training, together, we will learn how to take care of our bodies – only to enhance our athletic abilities!
Where We Train
All classes are 60 mins and meet in Palisades Park in Santa Monica (near Ocean Ave & Palisades Ave).

Are you injury free? Love to be pushed or tested? Consider yourself to be advanced? Our program offers dynamic, complex, and challenging workout options just for you.
Like fitness? Do you enjoy a good sweat? Looking for a balanced workout program? You’ll get mid leveled options which will develop flawless form, increase strength & stamina and improve daily movement patterns.
Are you new to fitness? Has it been years since you’ve last worked out? You’ll learn proper breathing techniques and precise form. Plus you’ll be educated and encouraged to work at your level. This builds the confidence needed to slowly increase your intensity.
What You’ll Need
You’ll need a yoga mat, hand weights & water.
