Where do you meet for the morning Body Inspired camp?
Palisades Park in Santa Monica – Near Ocean Ave, between Montana Ave & Palisades Ave. Click HERE for map!

What days and times is your morning camp?
Monday-Wednesday-Friday. 6-7am. 7:30-8:30am. 9:00-10:00am

You are currently in the middle of a 7-week session. Can I still start now?
We would love to have you. Simply email us HERE letting us know what class you are interested in joining.

This sounds hard. Do I have to be crazy fit to participate?
NO! But you do need to be in good health. You have to show up (on time) and be willing to work. Angela will show you how easy it can be to get fit and how you are already stronger than you think!

Is everyone at boot camp skinny and young?
Ummm HELL NO! We have all ages, shapes, and sizes. The one thing everyone has in common is that they are there to work hard & spend time focusing on them and what they need to get fit. Our diverse group shows you that anything is possible if you work for it!

I have some injuries can I still do this?
If you are able to walk at a very fast pace, follow directions, know your limits, and know how to listen to your body – you can do this program. It’s not about being crazy fit, it’s about having the desire to work through your challenges and be willing to work very hard.

Why is Angela such a great trainer?
Because she loves teaching others how to get in shape more than anything else on the planet. She is passionate about her students’ success and is committed to each and every one of them. She knows your injuries, weaknesses, strengths, goals, dreams, what you had for breakfast, and the name of your dog. You WILL feel like the only one in the class when you work with her!

Why is Jared such a great trainer?
Wait, besides the fact that he’s gorgeous? KIDDING! “Aside from Jared being one the kindest, most thoughtful men I know, he is hands down the most inventive, creative, and inspiring trainers to work with. What Jared can do with someone’s fitness & body is remarkable and best of all, he has fun while he is doing it”-Angela 

What if I can’t do these days & times?
No worries Holly Clapham offers Ladies Only Complete Body Toning Workouts Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from 5:30-6:30 & 6:30-7:30 at Palisades Park in Santa Monica. Jared Rodriguez offers Co-Ed Personalized Group Training Workouts Monday & Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm at Palisades Park in Santa Monica. See below for details! 

What supplies do I need for camp?
A mat, towel, lots of water, and a heart rate monitor. Ladies need 2 sets of hand weights, light set (1-3 pounds) and heavy set (5-8 pounds). Guys need two sets, light set (5-7 pounds) and heavy set (7-20 pounds). Please bring an ipod if you wish.

Angela & Jared require all their students to wear a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor during class.

If you get it from BIF, your monitor will be delivered to class and will arrive pre-programmed with your exact settings. All you need to do is email Alyson@BodyInspiredFitness.com letting Alyson know you will be purchasing through us!

Why the Polar FT4?
Jared & Angela feel this model is the easiest to use/operate/read, most efficient, and most comfy for the cost. If for some reason you already own a HR Monitor that you love, you will be allowed to wear it instead *IF* your monitor uses a chest strap, is easy to read, accurate, and can show your HR in percentages.

* If you can not afford a HR Monitor at this time please email us and allow us to find a way to help you!
* If you have any concerns or fears about wearing a HR Monitor please email either Jared or Angela and allow them the opportunity to chat with you about this.

What is the refund policy?
Body Inspired Fitness does not offer refunds of any kind. The session dates you signed up for is the session you are enrolled in. If BEFORE the start of the session you realize you need to transfer your paid session to the next session you may. But you must contact us before day one. Once camp has started you may not transfer your session. In rare and extremely limited situations like injuries or personal problems we may allow you to complete the remainder of your classes in the next session ONLY IF WE ARE ABLE to get someone to fill your spot in the current session. You must contact us immediately about any limitations, issues, problems, or situations you have, so we have the opportunity to fill every spot we have available. You may not contact us after the fact and demand or request we transfer any or part of your session. You may not switch sessions or transfer classes between the morning and evening classes (there are no exceptions to this policy). Staying in good communication is key to us helping you.

Why is Holly such a great trainer?
Because she has done the work herself! Not being a fit teen she discovered exercise in college after being discouraged with her body. It was in discovering how fitness made her feel that inspired her to start teaching. She has created signature moves just for JUST WOMEN, helping them tone and tighten those tough to get spots! It’s her special touch and feisty personality that keeps her students coming back for more each camp!

What if I can’t do these days & times?
No worries, Angela Parker teaches co-ed morning workouts on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6-7am, 7:30-8:30am, and 9:00-10:00am. Jared Rodriguez offers Co-Ed Personalized Group Training Workouts Monday & Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45pm. Both classes are taught at Ocean Ave & Palisades Ave in Santa Monica.  

What if I can’t do any of the class times? 
Holly & Jared also teach privately. Simply email them at Holly@BodyInspiredFitness.com and Jared@BodyInspiredFitness.com for more info and to set up a session.
