Our MORNING Body Inspired Fitness Camp meets 3 days a week for 6-weeks, giving you a total of 18 intense, effective, unique, and FUN workouts that WILL change your body like nothing you have ever done before and get you excited to workout again.
All morning classes are taught by Angela Parker, founder and owner of Body Inspired Fitness, & Jared Rodriguez. Angela created Body Inspired Fitness as an alternative to impersonal gyms and drill sergeant-style boot camps. Angela’s “no whistles, no yelling” approach and infectious enthusiasm attracts a loyal following. Angela is a certified fitness trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association.
Working with Angela & Jared 3 times a week will change your body like nothing you have ever done before! Having your own personal trainer who is waiting for you, knows your fitness level, understands and works with your injuries, and pushes you that little nudge to work past where you are comfy. This popular evening class is all about the ladies! Come workout with other babes and hit those trouble spots! These evening classes are taught by our trouble spot expert Holly Clapham. During your 6-weeks you will increase your cardio endurance, get stronger, tone your hips and thighs, sculpt your arms, flatten your belly, and lift your tush. The amazing workouts, being outdoors, and the inspiring women is what will keep you coming back for more! Come see why this class has such a loyal following and why YOU will be inspired!
Holly is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through The National Sports Trainers Association. She has been teaching with Body Inspired Fitness for nearly 5 years and in that time has created her signature ladies only evening boot camp workouts, co-authored (with Angela) the Mother/Daughter workout program “90-Days to a Stronger Body & Deeper Connecting with your Daughter”, and has worked with nearly 800 clients including kids and teens.
